Welcome to Commonwealth

Just a few blocks from Hertel, Commonwealth is luxurious, clean and convenient. There is an upper and lower apartment. The upper is a three bedroom and the lower is a two bedroom. They are almost identical in square footage, but the lower has a big master bedroom, where as the upper has two regular sized bedrooms.

Each apartment has a full kitchen with granite countertops and dishwashers. There are stainless steel appliances in each (gas range). The upper apartment boasts a large porch for grilling or for perusing this quiet neighborhood.

If you live in Commonwealth House, you will only be a short walk to Hertel’s lively restaurants and movie theater.

A Small Scale Company

Rusty Seeds is a small scale real estate company. Although we do hire contractors to do the work we cannot, most often, it is Vincent, Alexis and sometimes, Doug, maintaining the properties. We want to keep these houses in good condition so our tenants want to live in them and so that they will treat them with care, too. We believe every tenant is a steward of the property, rather than just a temporary person who lives there.

A Real Estate Company that is Tenant Focused.

We enjoy being landlords and take great measures to provide our tenants with quality service. We are available by e-mail, text and phone and respond to problems promptly.
