Rusty Seeds is a small scale real estate company. Although we do hire contractors to do the work we cannot, most often, it is Vincent, Alexis and sometimes, Doug, maintaining the properties. We want to keep these houses in good condition so our tenants want to live in them and so that they will treat them with care, too. We believe every tenant is a steward of the property, rather than just a temporary person who lives there.
