Welcome to Virgil House.
Dark, bamboo floors greet you when you first arrive at Virgil House. This is our warm and cozy apartment located steps from Hertel.
Virgil House has beautiful, old world charms like stain glass and built in bookshelves. However, new world amenities make life comfortable: dishwashers in each apartment and your own private washer and dryer in the basement.
Spring Showers and Flowers
We like to plant as many bulbs at our properties as we can. Although we aren’t professional gardeners, we enjoy figuring out composting (we have a worm compost!) and tending garden spaces. In the front of Virgil, there is a small garden space where we planted tulip bulbs. Wild, fresh mint grows there. All of our tenants are always welcome to plant in the soil and grow their own herbs and vegetables.

How to Build a House
PLANS It's a rainy day here in Buffalo. The temperature is in the fifties. It's the first day of October. The trees yawn in their morning slumber. My cat meows softly in the background, as he cuddles into a warm blanket that I have on my bookshelf. I have a pot of...
